Privacy Policy – AtlasSync

AtlasSync ("the App") is an application developed by TERXEL NEO VISION LTD. It allows Shopify merchants to automatically sync their orders and products with their AtlasSwift seller account ("the Service").
This privacy policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify store.
1. Personal information collected
When installing the App, we automatically access certain data via Shopify APIs, including:
- Shopify store name
- OAuth authentication tokens (secure access token)
- Order data: customers, shipping addresses, amounts, cart contents
- Product details (IDs, variants, prices, inventory, etc.)
In addition to information retrieved via Shopify, we also collect:
- Email address linked to your AtlasSwift seller account
- Access and refresh tokens related to your AtlasSwift account
- API connection information (timestamps, sync status, etc.)
We do not collect any information about your store visitors (e.g., IP, browser, cookies).
2. Use of data
Collected data is used exclusively to:
- Provide the Service (automatic order synchronization to AtlasSwift)
- Link Shopify products to AtlasSwift products
- Improve the App performance and user experience
- Track synchronization attempts and diagnose failures
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
3. Sharing your personal data
We only share your data with:
- AtlasSwift, to enable synchronization to your seller account
- Services required for the secure operation of the App (hosting, database, logging system)
We may also disclose your data to comply with the law, a subpoena, or any valid legal request, or to protect our rights.
4. Data security
We use several measures to ensure the security of your data:
- Encrypted HTTPS connections
- Secure storage of tokens and orders
- Restricted data access via authentication and roles
- Timestamped access and synchronization logs
5. Data retention
We retain your data as long as your store remains connected to the App. Upon uninstallation, your data may be retained for up to 30 days unless an explicit request for immediate deletion is made.

6. Your rights (EU residents)
If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise this right, contact us at [email protected].
Please note that your data may be transferred outside Europe, including to our servers located in Africa or North America, in compliance with the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy to reflect changes to our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. The update date will appear at the top of this page.
